tvtime in b&w?

Hi,

I'm running tvtime via a bt878 capture card. I'm in the UK, so my TV
type should be PAL. However, I can only get tvtime to display a picture
correctly in PAL-Nc - and then it is only in black and white.

How do I get it to display colour and what do I need to do to transfer
VHS tapes onto my PC.
