Strange problems with sshd under fc3 - Solved!

If true, this would be a bug. Stop has
stop()
{
        echo -n $"Stopping $prog:"
        killproc $SSHD -TERM
	...

and restart has stop() start().
Could you please test more? init.d script looks ok to me.
