I forgot you are behind a proxy server. Use your browser to download
those files:

http://fedoraproject.org/pre-extras/RPM-GPG-KEY-Fedora-Pre-Extras
http://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/RPM-GPG-KEY
http://rpm.livna.org/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY

and then import them from the files:

# rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY-Fedora-Pre-Extras RPM-GPG-KEY RPM-LIVNA-GPG-
KEY
