Where is the command prompt of FC3

If you new to X and don't know how to do it,  here is 2 ways how to do
it in Gnome:
1. Go to "Application", "System tools", right click Terminal and
select "Add this louncher to panel"
2. Right click on panel and select "Add to panel", then select "Command prompt".
