Where is the command prompt of FC3

Go to Applications -> System Tools -> Terminal, but don't click on 
Terminal yet. Instead, right click with your mouse over Terminal and 
choose "Add this launcher to panel". This will create a launcher into 
your panel, so you'll have the Terminal launcher pinned to your panel.
