help, I lost my toolbar :S

Right click on panel and choose Add Panel. This will add a new panel. on the new
panel middle click and drag it to the top. You will have to repopulate the new panel using right click Add to Panel.
If you have no panels then type panel in a terminal and a new panel will appear.
