Due to licensing restrictions on the code and its packaging, and due to
(what I personally consider as) entirely unreasonable decisions from
DJB, qmail is not included with Fedora nor do most of us use it.

You probably *can* get such an RPM, but I suggest you start your search
at qmail.org for quicker results.

On the other hand, you might want to take a look at Postfix. Simple to
configure, secure, included, supported, open source... likely to be much
less work for you now and in the future.
