Proxy settings in FC3

Have you tried pinging some other server on the Internet from the
command line (just to check your Internet connection is ok).  Try ping
www.yahoo.com.

If it does not work, then deactivate your eth0 and reactivate
(Start>System Setting>Network) . That should enable your network card.
