Yes, I could. Gphoto2 works perfectly for me - it auto detects my
camera and I can see and download individual files from the camera.
The only reason I want to use gtkam is that I would be able to see the
pictures as a thumbnail. May be I shall have to wait for the next
release of gtkam.
