Creating Bootable Fedora CD to install

1. You have the CDs for a 64-bit processor. Is your PC equipped with
an AMD Athlon 64 or Opteron?

2. Did you properly burn the CDs?  You need to create a CD from a
image file. You can examine the list archives for proper creation
instructions.  My short instruction is "Double-click on each .iso file
and let your CD burner application take control".  If you do not have
file association working, just right-click the .iso file, select "open
with" and choose the CD burner application.

3. Why are you using an outdated distribution?  The current release is
Fedora Core 3 (Heidelberg). Get the latest from
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/iso/ or
 http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/x86_64/iso/
if you actually have a 64-bit processor.
