"attempt to access beyond end of device" in FC3

I'be been intermittently receiving the following errors when reading a 750GB
ext3 file system on any FC3 i686-smp kernels.   All of the data is still
available and can be read without error using debugfs, but is corrupted when
directly reading from the filesystem.  I haven't seen anything else that
would indicate a hardware/drive problem, but this is a new install of 4 SATA
drives on a megaraid (Intel SRCS16) controller.  Any ideas?
