Need to download complete binaries and documentation

Or have a word with the governors' office .. I'll lay you odds they have an 
internet connection into the administration block, and you might be able to 
get the system(s) in/out the education block to the admin block with the 
governors' approval, then hook it/them up to the admin network for the 
update.
In fact .. if they do have an internet connection in the admin offices, it 
might make getting media approval easier if you get THEM to download and burn 
the updates :p ... or at least do the downloads/burning under their 
supervision.  There's nothing an officious censor likes more than to be given 
complete control of the process... whoever does the media inspection will 
(hopefully) love the suggestion ... and anything that gets them on your side 
and involved is good innit?  After all, you aren't asking for money!
You never know .. you might just convert the Prison Service to Linux!
