Basically there is a bug somewere in the kernel [or hardware] causing
a spinlock - and fedora kernel has a patch which looks for spinlocks -
and panics on detecting one. [as you've noticed]

Not sure how you would track this problem - but check
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/process_bug.cgi for one such
issue.

I guess you could open a new bugzilla entry for this one.
