OpenOffice.org "Fedora Edition"

Hello @all,

besides all the other problems OpenOffice.org ssems to have within
Fedora, I would like to ask one question:

Why the heck were the LDAP and Mozilla drivers removed? To promote
Evolution? I do not use it, but I would like to use an LDAP-Abook within
OpenOffice.org.

Is there anybody, who knows, why these drivers were removed?
