Swap Device Error when updating from 2 to 3

Hi All,

just tried updating FC2 machine to 3(Home PC), via CDs. CDs are fine, as I've 
done another box(also an update from 2). Get the below error. Cheers.

Error enabling swap device hda12: Device or resource busy. 

This most likely means this swap partition has not been initialized.

Press OK to reboot your system.

Ouch.

P.S. This is not the work machine I tried updating today, with different 
problems.
