AC97 audio broken in 2.6.10-1.760_FC3 kernel?

you are late for the party..[this issue had been discussed many time
on this list].  And the latest kernel-update is 766. 

To get your sound back, run alsamixer - and (M)ute 'headphone jack
sense'.

If this doesn't work - you can try muting a bunch of other things
