Not for the nvidia drivers.

Why do you need OSS? Does ALSA not support your sound card? OSS also
needs user-space support, and I understand you'll have to install that
as well in FC3. But yes, you'd probably be looking at recompiling at
least part of the kernel, and would need kernel source.

If you just want application support, ALSA has good built-in OSS
emulation.
