USB being disconnected on boot FC3

Hi

I thought I had a problem with my UPS but it turns out to be a larger
problem with USB in general.

I had FC2 and the UPS worked fine.

Then I upgraded to FC3 and several updates later, USB is not working
with my UPS.
In fact, it seems not to be working.

Here is the dmesg info. It seems that usb finds my UPS, but then all
usb's are disconnected!

I searched on the net, I found a similar question on FedoraForum but no answers.

Thanks for your help
I have the 2.6.10-1.766_FC3 kernel,

Javier
