making backgrounds of gif file transparent

Sure, here they are. I am posting two files: angel.gif and meghdot.gif. I would
like to put angel.gif in the NE corner of meghdot.gif. Of course, putting it
there would mean that I would have to shift the logo in meghdot.gif, but that I
can do using gimp (I know how).
