weird 'wireless-tools' deps still?

I have wireless-tools-27-0.pre25.3 installed.  My local mirror of 
"fedora-updates" has wireless-tools-28-0.pre4.1.fc3 available, which breaks 
the deps.  Perhaps my local mirror is out of sync?
