read faq, cant install kernel source

If you are using FC3, kernel-source has been removed.
You need to get the SRPMS package from
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/3/SRPMS/
kernel-2.6.10-1.766_FC3.src.rpm  or the appropriate one for your kernel.
