The host name is set by the "/etc/sysconfig/network" file.  Edit it and
change the "HOSTNAME=" line.  The hostname will change on the next
reboot.  If you must change it NOW, as root:

	hostname new-host-name.domain.tld

Your prompt won't change until you log out and log in again since the
prompt is set by your shell's login script.
