Had I THOUGHT before I CLICKED I would NOT have started this OT thread.
Had I employed an ounce of common sense, at a minimum I would have
requested an off list reply. 

My sincere apologies. 

I have taken the matter up with Novell which is what I should have done
in the first place.

That said, if anyone has opinions that they wish to share on this
matter, they are most welcome but please do so privately.
