Absolutely, just download the ISO files, using bittorrent is the best
way to get them, IMHO and burn them using your CD burning software of
choice.  I prefer Nero in Windows, but any of them that can burn ISO
images should work fine.

Keep in mind, don't just burn the ISO to the CD or DVD, make sure you
'burn an image' or similar command to burn the ISO image to the CD, not
the ISO file.
