Setting the clock

Why do you have different clock times in both systems? Is it because you
use your local timezone in Windows® and UTC under Fedora? In such a case
I recommend to harmonize both settings. If Windows® is capable to use
UTC time, then set the time accordingly in the system BIOS and correct
the time under that system. Else switch Fedora to use GMT (local
timezone).
