The eventual goal is to send these to Red Hat management to be adopted 
and send to 'new' list members and to be made available on the Fedora 
web site.  This is why I posted them to the list for refinement by the 
members of the list.

This is the number one reason that we need 'guidelines' on acceptable 
conduct.  One of those guidelines is to leave moderation of the list to 
the moderators.  I've seen many messages about 'rule' infractions, but 
no published rules to back them up.
