winetools2.1.1 can't locate xdialog 2.1.2-1

i downloaded the rpm for fc from the distributors site 
(http://www.von-thadden.de/Joachim/WineTools/#install)

any reason why that'd be a problem? i did the same for Xdialog - i 
couldn't find it with yum.
