Don't know "Stream Anywhere" and its capabilities. Maybe mencoder from
mplayer http://www.mplayerhq.hu/ is something for you or transcode
http://zebra.fh-weingarten.de/~transcode/ or Kino
http://kino.schirmacher.de/article/static/2.
