Why does dovecot require mysql?

What I figured.  Looking a little closer it also appears to have a
dependency on postgresql.  Did not notice that at first since I already
had postgresql installed.  :)

The same needs to be done with postgresql as well, both should be
optional packages to be installed only if you are using that option with
dovecot.
