Cupsd.conf autogeneration problem

I'm running FC3 as a print server for my home network. However there's
a part of the cupsd.conf file that is autogenerated.

How do I stop that part of the conf file resetting to its defaults every night?

I don't want this at all. I'd rather set everything myself.
