I don't see why (if you tell me something in good faith) it would be 
legally bonding for me not to pass the information out (unless there's 
law preventing distribution of such information, in which case you don't 
need funny legal speak).  It's like putting an apple in the middle of 
highway and hoping nobody will smash it.  Try doing it and suing the 
driver who smashed it.  You'd probably get fined for making fun of 
justice system.  If you intend to limit distribution of the information, 
you should make arangements prior to giving out the information.  Not 
after the fact in the form of small-print that nobody reads.
