ldconfig and selinux

OK, Changingto a different directory did not fix it. So I did:

# setenforce 0  and the problem went away.  I then did setenforce 1 and
the problem returned so I did this:

# setenforce 0
# fixfiles relabel
# setenforce 1

This fixed it.  I do not know if I had to turn enforcement off before
running fix labels, but I did anyway.
