Upgrade C2 to C3 problems

I am trying to upgrade my Fedora C2 to C3 and I am getting an error from YUM

--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Conflict: udev conflicts kernel < 0:2.6
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: udev conflicts with kernel < 0:2.6

and then Yum stops.

I am running yum 2.1.12
