Playing .vob files in xine/kaffeine

If you have just '.vob' files, xine can play them from the command
line like this,

$ xine filename.vob

If you want to play the whole DVD with menu support,

$ xine dvd:/

or run xine, then click on the 'DVD' button in the UI.
