Well I am totally new to Linux, but I was not able to get my Broadcom
802.11b/g WLAN to run on my Acer Ferrari 3200 (AMD 64) notebook ("there
are no windows drivers for the 64 bit arch so ndiswrapper won't work
either" - that is all I heard about my wlan card :P).
