ndiswrapper won't build with kernel 2.6.9-1.724_FC3

Each of the kernels after 667 have had a deal-killer problem for me.  I'm still
stuck .667.  This latest one allegedly fixed the Palm hotsyncing problem I was
having with post-667 kernels, but of course, now there's a whole new problem
stopping me from upgrading.  

*sigh* fix one thing, break three others...
