A 4xx SMTP error is a temporary failure and your mail server should be
retrying to send the message. You shouldn't need to send it again unless
it times out (it should retry for at least 5 days though).

Using i686 will optimise the build for i686 class processors. Use
whatever the output of "uname -m" is on each machine.
