Auto.Reply at lee.k12.nc.us keeps sending rejection messages

I get a message with the subject ;

Your e-mail message has been rejected

for every message I send.

With this trailer :

This message has been blocked because it scored over the maximum spam
threshold.
The reason your message was denied was because of the following:
 Yes, score=8.0 required=5.0 tests=ROMANCE,UNSUBSCRIBE 
        autolearn=no version=3.0.0
Your message contained an instance of the previously mentioned tests
(see test= above)

If you did not send the original message then please ignore this e-mail.

I would like to suggest that <everyone>@lee.k12.nc.us be removed 
from the list if they don't fix there system to allow messages from 
this list with the unsubscribe message that is appended to every 
message sent to this list.
