Configuring ndiswrapper

Try using the new ndiswrapper 1.0-rc2.  You can find it in the
prerelease section on sourceforge.  It's supposed to fix issues with
both task_nice() (no longer used) and CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK (a
workaround) that give trouble with the new Fedora kernels.
