Hi there, there is another way, the difference between the methods have pros 
and cons, in terms of convienience

My method entails using kickstart. when you install a pc kickstart creates a 
file of you install. you will need to setup an ftp or nfs install server, the 
customising redhat9 guide has a good set of instructions and you will do 
quite a good deal of learning,

Anyway thats what I use on our production line. 
We manufacture computers. If you feel like a learning curve I will be happy to 
assist.

You boot with something like the mandrake move cd or knoppix an dd the hdd 
from one PC to the other via a network of course, it is a bit tricky. But 
then it may also be easier to open the PCs up and physically remove the hard 
drives and plug them into the master.
then you life is simple by simply using dd if=/dev/hda of=/dev/hdb of course 
you replace hda and hdb with yours actual devices.
