No.

Different Linux distributions use different versions, and in some cases 
names, of shared libraries.  An application built against a particular 
shared library will not work with a different version of the library, in 
most cases.

Unpaid developers of free software do not have the time to provide pre-built 
packages for every one of hundreds of Linux distributions in existence.
