If anyone is interested (and not inclined to build a kernel-source.rpm
from kernel.src.rpm), I put a copy of this file on our website here:

Some of the kernel debug options are really puzzling. I can understand
these in "testing" but, once released, shouldn't these be eliminated for
performance?
