Indeed, you have a third-party package with unsociable choice of
%{version}, get rid of it like:

# rpm -Uvh --oldpackage \
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/apr-util-0.9.4-17.i386.rpm
