NetworkManager update kills local name resolution

Howdy,

Just updated my system today and the new version of NetworkManager kills
local name resolution on my network due to using a caching name server.

Currently I have a IPCop firewall serving addresses to my local network
using DNSMasq and dynamically allocating IP addresses using DHCP.

Is there any way I can get them to work together?
