Postfix + Cyrus Imap + Core 3

I've just installed a machine with
Fedora Core 3 as server with the regular stuff
I want to use Postfix and Cyrus to set up a mailserver for local and extrnal
use.

Are there any How-to guides for setting up Cyrus for POP3 access from
external clients?

The mailserver is not going to serve more than 10 users at most, so I just
need an easy way to configure up my server.
