Your problem belongs to the "3-rd party repository package
dependencies" catagory. Check the list archives for threads regarding
"3-rd party repositories" and ATrpms.

You have the many options. Among them are
A) Look for an experimental/unstable version of consolehelper-gtk from
ATrpms repository.
B) File bug report with ATrpms. (Axel reponds quickly to bug reports.
He may not fix them but he does respond.)
C) Install the beta version of smart (Smart Package Manager,
http://smartpm.org). smart is a very good tool for handling dependency
issues. Use smart-gui for quick "click and test" for
downgrading/replacing packages.
