Why does dovecot require mysql?

openssl is required to support POP3s and IMAPs. That should stay in the
dovecot dependency.
Building dovecot with MySQL or PostgreSQL support should be optional
like realised with the Postfix package, where you simply have to
rpmbuild --rebuild the SRPM.
