PCMCIA NIC not functioning properly in Fedora C2

In the network manager tell your system NOT to start the pcmcia network
card at boot.  The problem is that pcmcia services have not started when
network services start.  This causes a failure.  Most likely if you
eject and reinsert the card it would start and work.

By telling it NOT to start at boot time network services ignores it for
the moment.  When pcmcia services start the card will automagically
startup and work even though you told network services NOT to start it
at boot time.

I still contend that this is seriously broken.  There is a work around
but heaven help you if you have multiple pcmcia network cards.
