might be eaiser if you first update to the latest kernel (.741) then
use the rpms from www.atrpms.net to install the ipw2200 driver ,
kernel module, and firmware.

as for dependencies
go to http://apt.freshrpms.net/ down load apt for fc3
in the terminal , su to root
type apt-get update
after it is done updating, then try to install MYSQL to install
by doing apt-get install Yourpackage you want
