Nothing migrates automatically. The mbox storage format is totally
different from the Cyrus-IMAPd Maildir storage format. You will have to
manually migrate. You could have found that out by using google, which
will lead you to a chapter of an O'Reilly book. Btw. the migration topic
was discussed here in past (recently) too.
